  This is one of the stated facts of the Putnam County Landfill,
  "Our goals are to provide continual training for employees to maintain state required certification, to provide superior customer service in a cost effective manner, and to also provide a safe, convenient atmosphere for solid waste disposal at all facilities".
  
  Considering the fact that it is neither convenient nor safe to exit the landfill via their weigh scale against incoming traffic. Not to mention, the frustration felt when no one will give right away, to allow another to weigh out. People can be so inconsiderate at times!
  
  If Waste Management of the Putnam County Landfill was actually striving to live up to their goals, they would have long ago installed an outbound weigh scale or at the very least had a traffic signal installed that would help direct traffic through their one and only scale.
  
  It's seems to be so important for them to collect moneys from the people of Putnam County. But, they can't seem to give the same importance to the Safety and Convenience of the people that pay their salaries.
